Conceptualized and started Electric Asset Inc in 2019. When the Federal and Provincial Governments announced the 2035 mandate for all new vehicles sold to be zero emission, Sanjay saw the need for an entity to do all heavy lifting to enable multi family buildings condominium owners the convenience of charging an EV in their own parking stall. The solution had to take into consideration EV infrastructure that can scale without escalating capital and operating costs. With many successful installations in the existing and new multifamily buildings, Electric Asset Inc today is at the forefront of EV charging solutions in the multifamily, commercial EV charging space. Sanjay successfully owned and operated a property management company for 12 years with core operations in the Fraser Valley region with 140 buildings under management valued at $3 billion. Grew the top line and bottom line over the 12 years. The company was sold in 2020 to a real estate group through an unsolicited offer. Well versed in real estate investments and operations. Married with a 15-year-old son, an avid golfer who enjoys travelling, has a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. A family person who enjoys spending time with his family.
