Course Description

This course will feature three representatives from the City of Vancouver, City of North Vancouver and the City of Richmond who will discuss what is coming up in their respective municipalities this year (2021)  for the residential construction industry, from step code and bylaw amendments to sustainability initiatives, incentive programs, and builder engagement opportunities.

    •    Chris Higgins, Green Building Planner, City of Vancouver

    •    Tim Ryce, Chief Building Official, City of North Vancouver

    •    Norm Connolly, Sustainability Manager, City of Richmond


This is your first-hand opportunity to learn what these major municipalities are planning for the year ahead to ensure you are well informed and prepared for what is to come.  Attendees will also have time to ask questions of the panellists.
