Recording of a Live Webinar
Climate change affects more than just the environment – it affects how we build homes now and in the future. This month’s webinar will bring together three speakers who will discuss how climate change affects their side of the residential construction industry, and share strategies for building resilience – from builders insurance to designing and building resilient homes.
Reza Kamrani, CRM, Regional Association Manager, Federated Insurance
Climate change is affecting on the insurance industry and has a direct impact on how businesses in the homebuilding industry are covered. Reza will talk to why some companies are no longer qualifying for insurance even when they are reliable clients, and what builders can do to mitigate the issue as insurance coverage becomes more difficult to acquire.
