HAVAN members Davenport Homes and JRG Building Engineering take builders on a tour of this Energy Step Code 3 duplex project in North Vancouver, BC and give insights on areas where air-leakage commonly occurs in high-performance homes and solutions to address these issues. This video includes a demonstration of a mid-construction blower door test and smoke test to illustrate these common weak points in the air barrier.
