We’ll walk you through a step-by-step approach to create a simple, yet effective annual strategic plan.

In this session, you will:

  • Establish your 2019 goals
  • Learn how to put the company’s strategic plan on one simple to understand page
  • Break the year-end goal down to 3-5 key initiatives you need to focus on
  • Be given systems to break initiatives down into a weekly focused routine that keeps you on track for the year
